荷兰沙司芦笋材料The Dutch sauce asparagus materials :
芦笋6根、水1勺(150ml)、黄油100g、柠檬榨汁少许、蛋黄1个、盐适量、胡椒适量、白葡萄酒2小勺

制作方法 Production methods :
1、芦笋去皮,放入水中煮一下,水中加适量盐。
