勃艮第蜗牛制作材料 Burgundy snail production materials :
食用蜗牛8只、蘑菇40g、杏鲍菇40g、土豆1/2个、核桃3个、蜗牛黄油40g、盐适量、胡椒适量。

制作方法 Production methods :
1、把蜗牛倒入水盆中仔细清洗,去除污垢。

2、把蜗牛放入锅中并加入刚好盖过蜗牛的水。煮沸去腥后捞出,沥出多余水分后加盐和胡椒搅拌。
