冷餐会茶点-勃艮第蜗牛茶点

勃艮第蜗牛制作材料 Burgundy snail production materials :

食用蜗牛8只、蘑菇40g、杏鲍菇40g、土豆1/2个、核桃3个、蜗牛黄油40g、盐适量、胡椒适量。

Edible snail only 8, mushrooms, 40 g, apricot bao mushroom 40 g, potato 1/2, walnuts three, snails 40 g butter, salt to taste, pepper right amount. 

 

制作方法 Production methods :

1、把蜗牛倒入水盆中仔细清洗,去除污垢。

2、把蜗牛放入锅中并加入刚好盖过蜗牛的水。煮沸去腥后捞出,沥出多余水分后加盐和胡椒搅拌。

3、蘑菇洗净后切成大块。

4、土豆削皮切成2cm的小块。

5、把蜗牛黄油、蘑菇、蜗牛、土豆、核桃、少量盐和胡椒放入耐热容器中,最后放入240度得烤箱中烤制8分钟即可。
