原料 Raw material:
低筋面粉90克 可可粉20克吉士粉1茶匙(可不用,或用奶粉替代)泡打粉1/2茶匙(可不用) 盐1/8茶匙 蛋黄4个 清水5汤匙 色拉油4汤匙 细纱糖20克 蛋白4个 白醋1茶匙 细砂糖60克 Low muscle 90 g flour &custard powder, 20 g cocoa powder, 1 TSP (but not with milk powder, or alternative) 1/2 TSP baking powder (don't) 1/8tsp salt egg yolk four water 5 TBSP salad oil 4 TBSPS sugar spinning 20 g protein four white vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 60 grams。
做法Practice:
1、将低筋面粉、可可粉、吉士粉、泡打粉和盐过筛备用。will be low plain flour, cocoa powder, custard powder, baking powder and salt sifting. Set aside.
